Our returns policy

Return eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date for panels that are in their original, unwashed condition with all packaging intact.

• Panels must be uninstalled and free of damage, odours, or pet hair
• Original rod, brackets, and hardware must be included
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
• Fabric sample packs are non-returnable

How to start a return

Email us at hello@coudre.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or fabric, we're happy to exchange your order within 30 days. Contact us and we'll hold stock while your return is in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been processed.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph it and email us within 7 days. We'll replace it at no charge with priority shipping.
